I was born in Sassari, Sardinia, close to a marine habitat that shaped my soul by showing me the beauty of nature through splendid colours, like the turquoise waters, and a sunny outdoor lifestyle. There, I used to design my own clothes, which my mother would make for me. She worked as a sewing and knit instructor. Later Florence became my adopted city, where I learned to love art and artisanal craftsmanship in various forms, with frequent visits to museums and exhibitions.

I obtained a Laurea in Italy, and a Masters and a Ph.D in the USA, where I worked as an Associate Professor in Italian culture for some years. Back in Europe, I now work as a photographer, an eco-friendly clothing brand owner, and I offer services as a personal wardrobe curator. I love to travel and to be inspired by different natural landscapes and local food, art and culture, but the Mediterranean region remains my lovely home, where I often return to reflect and recharge.

My style is eclectic, curious and dynamic. It is aesthetically influenced by the beauty and simplicity of nature, my travels, my love for colours, art, fashion and design, and some sports. And it is rooted in the philosophy of more sustainable choices and practices of living, when possible. For this reason, in 2025 I founded Flowy, an eco-friendly apparel brand.
